I’m proud to say that as an HR consultant, I bring together a passion for people with a strong business mindset. I have been committed to the HR profession since my early career in my late teens, believing it’s the foundation of any successful company.
I have a unique approach and believe that not everything in life needs to be taken too seriously, but when it comes to HR matters like compliance and employee relations, I’m all business. I know these topics can be complex and challenging – and scary at times – but I’m here to make them easier to navigate. I see myself as more than just a consultant—I’m your business partner, sounding board, and go-to advisor for all things HR.

My career began in payroll, before evolving into an HR project role, where I expanded my HR expertise. With my payroll background, I recognise the value of fostering strong relationships and establishing clear processes between Payroll, Finance, HR and Operations.
I believe in taking a step back to assess your businesses processes and then integrating them with a robust HR system, which is is one of the key foundations to building an effective HR function. It’s not just about keeping things organised; it’s about making your HR processes more efficient, boosting productivity, and allowing your company to focus on what truly matters: your people.
Implementing a great HR system from the start ensures that as your company grows, your processes will scale effortlessly, keeping everything running smoothly right from day one. I’m here to help advise, implement and roll out this project across your business.
When I’m not busy implementing systems for clients, I also enjoy getting involved in a wide variety of other projects with clients, from recruitment and developing employee handbooks – and everything in between.
I love being part of LottleHR as it gives me the freedom to work with such a diverse range of clients, every day is unique. Plus, working alongside one of my good friends is also pretty fun!
