To be pre-booked and can be used for tasks such as HR function set-up, updating current employee contracts (T&Cs variation), drafting new contract templates, implementing policies, Employee Handbook introduction, redundancies, attending grievance/disciplinary meetings, and HRIS implementation.

This is a monthly rolling contract and includes ad-hoc (call/email) advice for any employee relations matters and one-off templates for up to 5 hours/month. Available Mon-Fridays. response time will be no longer than 24 working hours, however if there is a critical HR issue, The Consultant will always endeavour to be available beyond the above notice times.
